My local service area, for which there is just a one-hour minimum, includes:
South Bay (such as Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, El Segundo, Torrance, Palos Verdes Peninsula) as well as:
Baldwin Hills, Culver City, Ladera, Mar Vista, Playa Del Rey, Playa Vista, Westchester. 

I serve the following communities but with a two-hour minimum:
Bel-Air, Beverly Hills, Beverlywood, Brentwood, Carthay communities, Central Los Angeles, Century City, Fairfax, Hancock Park,
Hollywood, Long Beach (northern end), Los Feliz, Marina Del Rey, Melrose, Miracle Mile, Pacific Palisades, Palms,
Pico-Robertson, San Pedro, Santa Monica, Silverlake, Venice, West Hollywood, West Los Angeles, Westwood.
