Rate Information

Effective through 3-31-26

DESIGN AND/OR INSTALLATION RATE:  $180 per hour. 

ASSISTANT RATE (when an assistant is used):  $60 per hour for one assistant.

MINIMUM CHARGE: If you’re in my local service area, there’s just a one-hour minimum. Other areas have a longer minimum. Here’s the service area list.

INSTALLATION MATERIALS:  Usually ranges from $1 to $4 per picture, depending on what’s needed to hang that picture.

PAYMENT:  Zelle, Venmo, check, or exact cash. No credit cards. Payment is required at end of the day’s work.

POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

• Certificate of Insurance (COI)  If your building’s management requires a COI from my insurance agent, there is an additional one-time charge of $85 (waived on jobs of three or more hours).
• Parking: For areas such as Downtown L.A., Century City towers, and any other location in which the only nearby parking is paid parking, I ask for reimbursement for parking charges.
